Nearly every other staffing firm relies on Internet searches and job postings to attract candidates.  They are focused on getting job orders first, then reacting as quickly as possible to find resumes to send over to fill them.  Results of this method are mixed.  Clients end up having to sift through resumes and spend a lot of time screening the candidates on their own.  Candidates often feel marginalized, getting bombarded with calls and emails from people they either don’t or barely know about jobs that may not be a good fit for them.
