Getting started

What to expect

Relationships are the lifeblood of our business. The first step in getting started with Atlas Coast is to arrange a face-to-face meeting, whether you are a job candidate or a potential client.

Job candidates are interviewed in person by an Atlas Coast technical recruiter. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your resume and experience, career path, salary and location expectations, and reason for change. We will talk about contract employment, contract-to-hire and permanent placement options. By the time you leave the interview, both you and the recruiter will know which scenario best suits you. You are now eligible for any and every job opportunity in your skill set that our clients have and will have.

Potential clients are met in person by an Atlas Coast account manager. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce our company to yours and to assess how our services can benefit you now or in the future. Since people hire who they know, and they find jobs the same way, becoming acquainted has tremendous benefits for each of us. Atlas Coast is a network of thousands of local IT professionals, both employers and employees. If it’s all about who you know, shouldn’t you know us?
